Pair of Hester Bateman Georgian Silver Salts

Description

This is an excellent pair of antique solid sterling silver salts made by the highly collectable silversmith, Hester Bateman.

They are hallmarked on the base for London 1782. In a classic cauldron design, the salts stand well on three hoof feet. The gilding inside is good and they are free from any engravings.

Height: 3.5cm

Diameter: 6cm

Total Silver Weight: 88g
