Antique George V Sterling Silver Sovereign Case 1912

1900 - 1920
Description

This is a lovely antique sterling silver sovereign case measuring 1 1/4" (3 cms) across and plain on both sides with no inscriptions or monograms leaving you to have your own done if you wish to.

It's hallmarked for Birmingham 1912 with the silversmiths mark for Aaron Lufkin Dennison.

It's in excellent condition and weighs 32.5 grams.

The area inside springs as it should and any marks you can see on the silver are just reflections - the coin does not come with the case it is for show purposes only.

This sovereign case will come in a gift box with a certificate of authenticity.
