Sampson Mordan Heavy 142g Sterling Silver Cigarette Case 1928 Antique Art Deco

Description

A beautiful Art Deco solid sterling silver cigarette case. It is hallmarked for London 1928 with the makers mark being that of Sampson Mordan & Co. It has been stylishly made having a curved form to allow to fit into a pocket, it has been engine turned designed to both the front and back and has a vacant cartouche. It is in very good condition being free from dings splits and repairs, brightly gilded inside, there is a slight faint dark mark to the reverse. It measures approx. 4 inches (10cm) long by 3 inches (8cm) wide and weighs 142 grams. A beautifully designed piece.
