A stunning Original Edwardian diamond heart necklace. The heart is in Platinum but on a newer replacement 14ct white gold chain
 
This is a stunning piece of fine craftmanship.

Old cut diamonds; 1-4mm. Stunning Si1-2 and H-I in colour- absolutely superb.
