Description

A good North west Persian Karadagh long rug with wonderful natural dyes and classic medallions on a navy field. The inclusion of 2 human figures is both attractive and whimsical. Some small areas of high quality repair, very clean with all ends and sides secured. A pretty rug with good age. Circa 1875. NB The images arnt great, very little natural light here at the moment, the rug is much nicer in the flesh!
