Description

Here is an antique aesthetic movement silver plated egg coddler boiler. It has a dimpled bark effect decoration throughout. Open lily finial. Retains its original egg holder that is placed within the egg shaped body plus its original burner. Attributed design to Dr Christopher Dresser c.1890 and is stamped underneath with a makers mark for Hukin & Heath together with a design number. British made.

Height excluding finial approximately: 19 cm (7.5")
