Rare Cased Antique English Solid Sterling Silver Grape Scissors Shears 1903

1900 - 1920
Description

Very high quality English antique cased solid sterling silver grape scissors or shears. They are hallmarked for Sheffield 1903 with the maker’s marks being that of C W Fletcher & Son Ltd (Charles William Fletcher). They have been beautifully made with a bright cut design. They are in superb condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs. They measure approx. 6.25 inches (15.7cm) long by 2 inches (5.1cm) wide at the handles and weigh 86 grams. Superbly made very high quality.

The Silver Squirrel has dated this piece to the Edwardian era.
