Rare Cranberry Glass Sterling Silver Match Striker Holder 1898 Victorian

Description

A superb rare English solid sterling silver match striker. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1898 with the makers marks being HW? It has been beautifully made from cranberry glass with three handles and a striker to one side. It is is superb condition with the silver being is free from splits repairs and dings. The glass is free from cracks chips and repairs. It measures approx. 2 inches (4.8cm) tall by 1.75 inches (4.4cm) across the rim and weighs 60 grams. A superb rare piece.
