Large George II William Peaston Silver Salver 1748

Here we have a large and important George II solid silver salver by renowned silversmith William Peaston who was a specialist silver salver maker, it measures 195mm in diameter and weighs a heavy 912g and is fully crisply hallmarked for London 1748 and William Peaston, it is in superb mint condition and stands on three acanthus leaf feet and is profusely decorated throughout.
