Very Heavy 238g Solid Sterling Silver Sugar Caster Shaker London 1968 English

1940 - 1960
Description

A super quality very heavy English solid sterling silver sugar caster or shaker. It is hallmarked for London 1968 with the makers marks being that of Carrington and Co of Regent Street. It has a tradition Georgian design and is in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs. The inside is clean and the lid fits nice and tight. It measures approx. 6.25 inches (15.8cm) tall by over 2.25 inches (6.2cm) wide and weighs an incredible 238 grams. A beautifully made very impressive example.
