Serpentine Antiques has dated this piece to the 1930s.
They are made by renowned makers Walker and Hall.
An oval shaped bowl completes the design.

Size-3.75 inches long by 7/8 inches wide.
Weight-60 grams spoons, and 200 grams including case.
They are iconic examples, and are in very good condition.
Chester silver is collectable on its own, as the assay office long closed. Art Deco period silver is also very collectable.
They would make a lovely set to own, or to give as a gift.
