Rare Boxed Sterling Silver Mr Punch Wax Desk Seal 1906 Antique

Description

A very rare boxed English antique solid sterling silver wax seal. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1906 with the maker’s marks being that of Crisford & Norris Ltd. It has a been superbly designed being in the form of Mr Punch. It is in super condition being free from dings splits and repair. It measures approx. 2.5 inches (6.5cm) long by 0.75 inch (1.9cm) wide across the seal end and weighs 10 grams excluding the box. A rare example.
