A Superb William IV Engraved Silver Bookmark

A superb silver bookmark, of unusually early date. This beautiful William IV example has bright cut engraving to the borders and a ring loop to the terminal. To the reverse is a beautifully engraved 'pointing finger' motif, indicating the page in use. The blade is fully hallmarked, making this a good gift idea and a lovely usable item. Of particular interest to the collector is the date letter 'B', used for under one month - 29th May - 20th June 1837. Dimensions below.
