The opal is surrounded by a halo of sparkly one point diamonds in a milgrain platinum setting. This ring is exquisite and pretty and has the typical Art Deco style and appeal. The face of the ring is 12mm x 10mm. It is marked on a good strong gold band for 18ct and platinum with the makers mark GH and certainly dates to the 1920s or 1930s.
