A Lovely Silver Sweetheart Miniature Photo Frame/pill Box Pendant

A poignant sweetheart piece dating from the early 20th Century. The charming piece is a heart shaped pendant for a chatelaine or neck chain, with a richly gilded interior. The hinged lid opens to reveal a removable photo frame border inside the lid and a compartment large enough for pills in the base. Heart shaped items are always in demand and this is a lovely gift idea, still usable today. Dimensions below.
