Rare Dunhill S Mordan Sterling Silver Vesta Case Matchbox Holder 1915 Antique

1900 - 1920
Description

A rare very nice quality solid silver match box holder / vesta case. It is hallmarked for London 1915 with the makers marks being Sampson Mordan and retailed by Dunhill. It has been nicely designed and is in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It has been engraved with the initials EMW. It measures approx. 1.75 inches (4.6cms) long by almost 1.25 inches (3cms) wide by over 0.5 inch (1.4cms) closed and weighs 30 grams. A very interesting example.
