Antique George V Sterling Silver 3 Piece Teaset 1915

Description

This is a super quality antique hallmarked sterling silver three piece bachelor teaset comprising of a teapot, sugar bowl and jug.

All three items are hallmarked for Birmingham 1915 with the silversmiths mark for Henry Matthews.

The teapot measures 9 1/2? (24 cms) across including the handle x 3 3/4? (9.5 cms) x 5? (12.5 cms) tall to the top of the lid, the jug is 4 1/2? (11.5 cms) across from handle to tip of spout x 2 3/3? (7 cms) tall to the top of the spout and the sugar bowl is 6 1/4? (16 cms) across including the handles x 3? (7.5 cms) high to the rim.

All three items are in excellent condition with no dings or dents and with no inscriptions or monograms.

They weigh a total of 716 grams / 23 troy oz and would make a great addition to any collection.

This teaset will come with a certificate of authenticity.
