George V Solid Silver Table Lamp, 1915

Description

A good George V solid silver table lamp, fully hallmarked for Hawksworth Eyre & Co, Sheffield 1915. An elegant lamp, fully rewired in period style braided flex and PT safety tested. In excellent condition; with only light and expectant wear commensurate with age and use; there are a small polish holes to all four corners of the hexagonal base and one with a small bruise to one of these corners. The remaining base and stem is dent free and presents very well indeed.
