A very well designed rare solid sterling silver cased folding or travelling corkscrew. It is hallmarked STERLING and dates to c1880-1900. It has been stylishly made and is in superb condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs. It measures approx. 3.25 inches (8cms) across the handle and weighs 36 grams. A rare and interesting piece.
