Beautiful Norwegian Solid Silver Spoons Caddy Spoon Sugar Tongs Set 1900 Antique

Description

A beautiful rare cased set of antique Norwegian solid silver spoons, caddy spoon, and sugar tongs. They are hallmarked with the Norwegian makers mark of R Iversen. They have been superbly designed having spiral stems and the caddy spoon bowl being in the form of a leaf. The tongs have been engraved with initials. They are in superb condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs. The case is also is superb condition. The tongs measure 5.5 inches (14cm) long by 1.25 inches (3.2cm) across the nips, the spoons 5 inches (13cm) long by almost 1 inch (2.6cm) wide and the caddy spoon 5 inches (12.8cm) long 1.5 inches (3.8cm) wide. They have a combined weight of 84 grams excluding the case. A very good quality well made set.
