Highest Quality David Andsersen 830s Solid Silver Buckle Dragestil Dragon 1890

Description

A stunning solid sterling silver belt buckle. It is hallmarked with the 830 silver standard mark and the makers mark of David Andersen. I would date it to c1890-1900. It has a been beautifully designed being in the form of Celtic dragons. It is in super condition being free from dings splits and repairs, engraved name to the reverse. It measures approx. 5 inches (12.8cms) across by 2.75 inches (6.8cms) wide and weighs a heavy 78 grams. A very high quality rare piece.
