Rare Sterling Silver Worsley Family Crest Wolf Basting Spoon 1825 Antique 108g

Description

A rare Georgian solid sterling silver serving spoon. It is hallmarked for London 1825 with the makers mark being that of Charles Eley. It has been nicely designed being made to what is termed Old English pattern with the terminal being engraved with the crest used by the Worsley and Chibnall family. It is in super condition being free from dings splits wear and repairs. It measures approx. 12 inches (30.5cms) long by 2.25 inches (5.6cms) wide and weighs 108 grams. A rare and interesting example.
