A rare Austrian solid silver cup and saucer. It is hallmarked with the 800 Austrian silver mark used between 1867-1872 along with a makers mark. It has been beautifully designed and is in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs. The cup measures approx. 1.5 inches (4cm) tall by 3.25 inches (8.2cm) across including the handle and 2.5 inches (6.5cm) excluding it, the saucer measures 3.5 inches (9cm) across and combined they weigh 106 grams. A beautifully made piece.
