A Wonderful Edwardian Chester Silver Reception/desk Bell

A wonderful and rather rare silver mounted table, desk or reception bell, dating from the elegant Edwardian era. This unusual piece stands on a polished fruit wood base and the body is beautifully pierced with geometric designs. The bell is rung by rotating the knop with the fingers, which allows the clock style mechanism to spin giving a pleasant ring. Dimensions below.
