Hallmarked 1953 9ct Gold Dragonfly Pendant Necklace with Ruby Eyes

1940 - 1960
Description

A very charming 9ct gold pendant in the form of a dragonfly.  Unusually, the eyes are set with rubies.  The wings have a lovely rosy gold hue and the body is yellow gold.  The back of the pendant is fully hallmarked 9ct gold with a date mark for 1953.  It hangs on a new 9ct gold 18 inch chain.

 

A wonderful pendant necklace, unusual would be super as a gift and in great pre-owned condition.

 

Hallmarks:  9ct gold dated 1953

 

Measurements:  Height of pendant:  2.5 cm    Width:  2.1 cm    Length of chain:  18 inch
