Hand crafted in 18 carat gold with beautiful ornate floral decorated shoulders
Set to the centre with a splendid dark purple red garnet
It is surrounded by a halo of 10 gorgeous creamy white natural pearls with a wonderful deep lustre
The garnet is bezel set and the pearls are enhanced with a pretty castellated surround
They are set above an attractive scalloped basket and elaborately decorated shoulders
The ring has a closed back typical of the Georgian / Victorian
This fabulous ring looks so lovely when worn.
The central garnet is 7 mm x 5.2 mm
10 x approx. 2.5mm natural pearls
The head is 13 mm x 10.5 mm
It stands 3.5mm proud of the shank
The size is R (UK) 8 3/4 (us) it would easily re size
This Victorian ring dates to around 1890.
