A beautifully designed Norwegian solid silver cake or pie server. It is hallmarked 830S standard along with the makers mark of Brodrene Lohne of Norway and dates to c1940s. It has been beautifully designed being made to what is termed Kloster Pattern. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs, a single faint mark. It measures approx. 8.5 inches (21.7cms) long by over 2.5 inches (6.6cms) wide and weighs a respectable 90 grams. A very well made piece.
