A rare American solid sterling silver stamp case. It is hallmarked STERLING along with the makers mark Marathon and dates to c1920s. It has been superbly designed being engraved 'Darcy Lodge No.187 F & A M 1847-1922'. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs, a few tiny marks. It measures approx. 2 inches (5.2cms) long by 1 inch (2.6cms) wide and weighs 16 grams. A very well designed interesting piece.
