Antique William IV Sterling Silver Snuff Box 1834

Description

This is a super antique William IV hallmarked sterling silver snuff box measuring just over 2" (5.5 cms) x 1 1/4" (3.5 cms).

It opens and closes perfectly with a good strong hinge and the interior is in very good condition and gilded inside.

It's hallmarked for Birmingham 1834 with the silversmiths mark for Thomas Shaw.

It weighs 48 grams/1.5 troy oz and the whole item is in excellent condition with no inscriptions or monograms.

This lovely box will come in a gift box with a certificate of authenticity.
