A Royal Coronation Commemorative Silver Vesta

A most unusual and collectable Edwardian silver vesta, with attaching ring for fob chain or chatelaine. This beautiful example is of rectangular form and embellished with the figures in profile of the new King and Queen. The hallmarked date of 1901, confirms that it would have been a commemorative piece to celebrate the new King's Coronation. A lovely example, with a collectable motif. Dimensions below.

Condition :- Very good, with no holes or splits and the lid closes well. There is a small dimple in each corner of the lid, commensurate with age and use and shown in photograph.
