Description

A rare English antique solid sterling silver crested serving spoon. It is hallmarked for London 1878 with the makers marks being that of George Aldwinckle. It has been superbly made and interestingly engraved with the crest used by the Bolton and Franks families. It is in super condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures approx. 8.5 inches (21.2ms) long by 1.75 inches (4.4cms) wide and weighs 68 grams. A very nice quality piece.
