Victorian Silver Watch Chain and Fob

Description

Victorian silver watch chain and fob.

The chain measures 33cm long including the T-bar and clasp. The intermittent twisted loops are a nice feature, and a little more unusual than the standard Victorian chain.

Each of the links has the lion silver mark. The T-bar is not hallmarked although it is silver, probably a later replacement. The clasp is hallmarked but difficult to read the date letter.

The chain comes with a later silver fob hallmarked for Chester 1912.

Total weight 50g.
