Huge Antique Silver Mounted Mirror.

19th century
Description

Wonderful, large (see photograph of this, displayed next to a full-size champagne bottle,) silver mounted, easel-backed dressing table mirror. The mount is a riot of embossed flowers, foliage, exotic birds, ribbons and scrolls. The heart-shaped bevelled glass mirror is in perfect condition and the cartouche at the top of the mount is vacant. By one of the best makers of the period, this is as good as they get!
