This is a charming example of a solid sterling silver chamber stick, complete with snuffer.
It is hallmarked for London 1902, with the maker''s mark of Grey & Co. It is in a reticulated drum form with a stepped foot and a shovel hand guard. The C S scroll strap handle is well attached and the conical snuffer is also hallmarked. There is also a Registration Number stamped.
The silver is in excellent condition. The base is slightly mis-shapen, as can be seen in the photographs, but stands squarely.
