Beautiful Solid Sterling Silver Cherub Pill Trinket Box 1923 Hanau

Description

A superb English import solid sterling silver snuff or pill box. It is hallmarked with import marks for London 1923, it has also been marked with the German Hanau marks for J.D. Schleissner & Sohne. It has been beautifully designed with the lid being embossed with the image of a cherub. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures approx. 1.75 inches (4.3cms) across by 0.75 inch (1.8cms) tall and weighs 24 grams. A superbly made high quality piece.
