The urn sockets with conforming decorations and having removable octagonal nozzles.
Loaded bases with green baize. Full hallmarks struck to the side of each base and struck to the sleeve of each capital.
Hallmarks:
Maker's marks somewhat rubbed but identifiable as J.L.G for John Le Gallais.
London Assay mark.
Lion passant.
Date letter "T" for 1894.
Condition:
Reasonable to good.
No dents but dIngs around the bases, commensurate with age.
Some light surface scratching to the nozzles.
Condition is reflected in the price and does not detract from the elegance of the candlesticks.
