A Rare Victorian Silver Benedictin Label

A rare silver decanter label form the Victorian era. This unusual and decorative example is for Benedictin. Benedictine (as it is more usually spelled), is a French Herbal liqueur, reputedly flavored with twenty-seven flowers, berries, herbs, roots, and spices. This gorgeous nexample has pierced and engraved fretwork and is supported on a belcher chain. A good piece for the collector or a usable and practical item. Dimensions below.
