Antique Victorian Sterling Silver Basket 1892

Description

This is a super antique Victorian sterling silver basket with swing handle measuring 6? (15 cms) across x 4? (10 cms) wide x 2? (5 cms) high to the rim and 5" (12.5 cms) to the top of the handle when it's up.

It's hallmarked for Birmingham 1892 with the silversmiths mark for Thomas Hayes.

It’s in excellent condition (any marks you can see are just reflections) and weighs 155.7 grams/5 troy oz.

It's gilded inside and the whole item is in excellent condition.

This item will come with a certificate of authenticity.
