A Chester Silver Sampson Morden Owl Seal

A wonderful silver seal in the form of an owl, assayed at the sought after Chester Office. This superb and collectable item is by the great name of Sampson Morden & Co. The owl has glass bead eyes and is beautifully detailed in it's modelling. To the base is a seal, with the original monogram. A fine collector's item. Dimensions below.

Condition :- Excellent, with no dents or splits. There is a small 'bump' to the back of the head, commensurate with age and use.
