A very special piece of antique jewellery hallmarked for 15ct gold and made in around 1880-1890 which is the Victorian era and in the art nouveau fashion. Comes with a vintage 18" 46cm 9ct chain so its ready to wear. The heart measures 2.8cm high including bale and 2.1cm wide. Weighs approx 4g
