Description

This highly ornate 19th Century silver plated tea urn is marked for 'Best London Make' under the lid. Elegantly decorated with floral and shell designs, with its internal heating well and standing solidly on four feet. The piece has a later inscription for 'Presented to Mrs Sanders by the Parishioners of Snitterfield, September 1896'.

The piece is in very good condition with minor copper bleed to raised edges due to age and use. With Replacement Wooden Bead to Tap.

Overall a wonderful and high quality piece.
