A stunning pair of German solid sterling silver candlestick holders. They have been hallmarked with the German crescent moon and crown mark along with the 925 standard mark and the makers mark of Wilhelm T Binder. I would date them to c1950s. They have been superbly designed and are in superb condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs. They measure approx. 3 inches (7.5cms) across the tops by 2.75 inches (7.2cms) across the bases by 1.75 inches (4.5cms) tall and being weighted have a combined weight of 326 grams. A very well made pair.
