A stunning original Art Deco old cut diamond and sapphire ring set in 18ct yellow gold and platinum, mostly likely French in origin
HALLMARKS
Not Hallmarked but tested as, I think a newer shank has been added since the 1900s though this shank does have age

The most superb natural large cabochon sapphire, superb condition, no scratches! A stunning natural stone; 8 x 6mm
Further trapez cut sapphires; 2 x 1.5mm
Old cut diamond; 1mm.
Ring head; 12 x 11mm
These stunning natural sapphires exude the Edwardian/ Art Deco cusp Ear. A beautiful piece.
No evidence of heat treatment to the sapphires, the central sapphire is quite a deep blue in colour
