An original Edwardian natural Ceylon sapphire, old cut diamond and pearl ring set into 18ct yellow gold and likely Platinum. This piece is most likely made in France

Smaller rose cut diamonds 1 - 2mm
 
Ceylon sapphire; 6 x 4.5mm
 
Cultured pearls; 3.5mm
 
Ring head; 16 x 19mm including the diamond shoulders. This is a really fine quality piece
 
This is a particularly amazing piece, superb design and beautifully white diamonds
