A stunning amethyst and diamond cluster brooch set in 18ct yellow gold. This is an original late Georgian/ Early Victorian piece. The central natural amethyst is extremely large and surrounded by 15 substantial old cut chunky diamonds

MEASUREMENTS

Amethyst; 16 x 18.5mm. This is a stunning natural amethyst, no heat treatment, stunning mauve/ pale pink colour. At least 9-10cts.

Diamonds; Approx 2.5-3mm. Total carat weight in excess of 1.50ct . G-M colour VS1-SI3 clarity

Brooch diameter; 23 x 22mm length

Lovely original safety chain attached
