Description

A delightful solid silver cased travelling inkwell opening to reveal a gilt brass interior, a sprung lid enclosing a glass insert. The silver case fully hallmarked for Chester 1902, the maker likely to be Cohen & Charles, however the marks are rubbed.

In excellent overall condition, professionally cleaned and reassembled. The old spring in the inner lid for inkwell quite corroded but still operates successfully.
