Rare Sterling Silver Worshipful Company of Founders Vesta Case 1909 Antique

Description

A rare English solid sterling silver vesta case. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1909 with the makers mark being that of A & J Zimmerman Ltd (Arthur & John Zimmerman). It has been superbly designed being decorated with the Worshipful Company of Founders coat of arms. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It works perfectly with a strong mechanism and is clean and gilded inside. It measures approx. 1.75 inches (4.4cms) tall by 1.25 inches (3.3cms) wide and weighs 18 grams. A very high quality example.
