Stunning Solid Sterling Silver Victorian Card Case 1881 Antique 58g Left Handed

Description

A beautiful very high quality English solid sterling silver card case. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1881 with the makers mark being that of George Unite. It has been superbly designed being engraved with flowers and scrolls. The cartouche has been engraved with initials ELW, WEL, LEW, WLE etc... as they are entwined, note this is on the opposite side to usual being made for someone left handed. It is in superb condition being free from dings holes and repairs. It measures approx. 3.75 inches (9.6cms) tall by over 2.5 inches (6.7cms) wide and weighs 58 grams. A superbly designed beautiful example.
