Art Deco Sterling Silver Tray

1920 - 1940
Description

An antique George V sterling silver Art Deco tray which is octagonal in shape with a large plain body, simple borders with cut corners, stylish side handles and resting on a flat base. This wonderful silver tray has been made to the highest standard both in craftsmanship and design and would look eye catching on display. It can be used for a variety of purposes. It weighs 110 troy ounces (3,417 grams).

Height (to top of handle): 4.2 cms (1.7")

Length (from handle to handle): 66 cms (26")

Length (from border to border): 55 cms (21.7")

Width: 38 cms (15")

It was hallmarked in Sheffield for 1931 by Hawkesworth, Eyre & Co. Ltd. and remains in excellent condition.

Complimentary postage is included within the price of this silver tray.
