Description

An unusual cased set of six English solid sterling silver spoons. They are all hallmarked for Sheffield 1929 with the makers mark being that of Thomas Bradbury & Sons Ltd. They have been beautifully designed with the terminals being engraved with cherubs, there design is possibly a Puritan copy of the 17th century. They are in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs. The case is also in superb condition being free from scuffs tears and repairs. They measure approx. 4 inches (10.5cms) long by 1 inch (2.8cms) wide and have a combined weight 68 grams (excluding the case). Beautifully made examples.
